Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. diced onions
1 stick oleo, melted
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix together all of the ingredients and pour in greased baking dish.
