Souvlaki(Marinated Skewered Lamb) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    3 green peppers
    1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes
    3 lb. lamb, cut into 2-inch cubes
    1 c. dry wine
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Quarter and separate onion pieces.
    Quarter and then halve green peppers.
    Halve tomatoes; divide lamb into 8 portions. Thread each portion on a skewer alternating lamb cubes with vegetables.
    Combine remaining ingredients to marinade.
    Cover pan that has the skewered lamb.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Broil or grill for 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
