Joann'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green chili peppers (if you want it hot)
    1 can cream-style corn
    small pkg. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all of this well (except cheese).
    Put half of it in a hot iron skillet.
    Then put all of the grated cheese on top.
    Then put rest of meal mixture on the cheese (cheese is in middle).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
