Caesar Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Great Northern beans, drained
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. Caesar dressing
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pepper and lemon wedges in a large bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove with slotted spoon and if desired arrange on salad greens. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    If desired, additional snipped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with lemon wedges.
    Makes 5 servings.
