Green Chili And Cheese Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 English muffins, split and buttered with 3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. hot pork sausage, crumbled and browned
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    3 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    12 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Place buttered muffin halves face down in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Brown and crumble sausage.
    Mix in chiles. Layer sausage mix, alternating with cheese, over muffins.
    Top with onion.
    Combine beaten eggs with sour cream and pour over casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, remove and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0, approximately 35 to 40 minutes, and serve warm.
