Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 pt. half and half
2 sticks margarine
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2/3 lb. Velveeta
Preparation

Combine Cheddar cheese, half and half, Velveeta and margarine in a saucepan.
Warm over medium heat until melted.
Place hash browns in a casserole dish and pour the melted mixture over them. Let the dish set for 1 hour and then bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
