Possum And Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. possum or 2 lb. short ribs
    5 or 6 baked sweet taters
    sugar
Preparation
    Turn possum loose and get the short ribs ready!
    Boil them until tender.
    Wash and put taters in pan, then in a hot 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until they are soft.
    Peel skins of taters and put in baking dish with ribs.
    Put a small amount of sugar on potatoes and about a cup of broth in dish.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven. This is good too, if you use backbone instead of ribs.
