Turkey Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 corn tortillas
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. sliced black olives, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in 1/4 cup of the chicken broth.
    Stir in turkey, chiles and oregano.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Set aside.
    In saucepan, melt the butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in broth that is left.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Add sour cream.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir 1/2 cup of sauce into turkey mixture.
