Mulled Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple cider or juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 lemon (8 slices)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. light molasses
    1 (4 to 6-inch) cinnamon stick
    8 whole cloves
    1/4 tsp. whole allspice
    1 orange (8 slices)
    cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Put cider, lemon juice, lemon slices, sugar, molasses, cinnamon stick, cloves and allspice in medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
