Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1 stick oleo
1 can mushrooms
2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
20 oz. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots combination
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Saute onion in oleo about 5 minutes.
Add rice, salt, water and mushrooms.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Cook frozen vegetables until done, not soft.
Put in big casserole.
Heat soup and Cheez Whiz until melted.
Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes uncovered.
Can put onion rings on top.
(Can eliminate rice.)
