Fabulous Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add combined milk and egg, mixing until smooth.
    Holding finger over opening, fill 3/8 to 1/2-inch funnel with 1/4 cup batter.
    Place funnel near oil; remove finger and pour batter into 1-inch of hot oil, using circular motion to form 4-inch spiral.
    Fry until golden brown, turning once; drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Serve warm.
