Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    water.
    Add sugar, salt and 1/2 of the flour.
    Beat
    thoroughly for 2 minutes, then add eggs and shortening.
    Gradually
    beat
    in remaining flour until smooth. Let rise
    until
    double.
    Make
    into rolls and let rise until double. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
