Hamburg Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 medium onion
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, or 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion lightly.
    Grease casserole.
    Place layer of potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper; then layer of meat and repeat.
    Pour heated soup over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour or until potatoes are done.
    Can also be done at 225\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
