Lo-Cal Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

1/4 c. fine olive oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. wine or fruit vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried tarragon
Preparation

Blend by shaking in a jar and letting stand for several hours before use. Always shake before using. For extra tang, add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Contains 33 calories per tablespoon.
