Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 pkg. mushrooms (1 lb.)
1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild)
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
Preparation

Rinse mushrooms and pat dry; remove stems.
Chop stems and combine with garlic.
Add this to sausage cooked until browned. Drain off extra grease.
Stir in shredded cheese, mixing until cheese begins to melt.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps that have been spooned out (remove black part from inside).
Place in pan and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
