Chicken And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, sliced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

In skillet in margarine, cook chicken until brown, then remove chicken from skillet.
In addition, add a tablespoon of margarine; cook mushrooms, onions and garlic powder until tender and liquid is evaporated.
Stir often.
Add soup, milk and pepper and heat until boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Stir often.
Serve with noodles or rice.
