Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chicken broth (21 oz.) or 4 c. water and 2 to 3 bouillon cubes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 c. water
1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 to 5 lb. roast beef
Preparation

Add 4 to 5 pounds of thinly sliced roast beef (or venison) to other ingredients.
Simmer 1 hour or all day on low in crock-pot.
