Broccoli Nut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. roasted peanuts
1 1/3 c. chopped broccoli
1 1/3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain.
Add soup, mayonnaise and chopped peanuts.
Mix well.
Add eggs and onion.
Mix well.
Melt margarine and pour over bread crumbs. Pour broccoli mixture into greased pan.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
