Lemonly Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 small lemon Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) + 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
2 ready to fill graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and allow to jell slightly. Cream the cream cheese and sugar together.
Add lemon juice.
Whip together Jell-O and cream cheese mixture.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crusts.
Fruit may be added for topping.
