Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 can coconut
    1 frozen pie crust
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal and sugar in large bowl.
    Add milk, eggs and margarine, chopped into pieces.
    Add coconut last.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and knife stuck in middle of pie comes out clean.
