Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Bisquick
    2 lb. sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
    16 oz. sharp or medium Cheddar, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into small balls, slightly smaller than a ping-pong
    ball.
    Bake
    for
    20
    to 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Do not overbake.
    Makes about 75.
