Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. pumpkin
Preparation

Lightly brown coconut in butter.
Stir often.
Save 2 tablespoons for garnish.
Press remaining coconut over the bottom and sides of greased 8-inch pie pan.
Cool.
