Bauern Fruhstuck(Farmer'S Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. salad potatoes
    4 small onions
    1/2 lb. uncooked or cooked sausage
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. milk
    salt, sweet paprika, ground nutmeg and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Peel, cube and boil the potatoes.
    Peel and dice the onions. Cube and fry the uncooked sausage (if chosen).
    Melt the margarine in a pan.
    Lightly saute the onions, then brown potatoes.
    Mix the eggs and milk, then add salt, sweet paprika, ground nutmeg and pepper (to taste), chives and the precooked sausage (if chosen).
