Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
spoon of butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa well until all lumps are out of mixture.
Mix egg yolks, milk and vanilla well.
Mix all ingredients together in a black skillet and cook slowly on stove eye, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy. Add butter and pour into pie shell.
Top with egg white meringue and bake until golden brown.
Makes two 9-inch pies.
