Italian Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 yellow onion, sliced thin
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
Italian seasoning
Jack cheese slices
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation

Shape hamburger into patties.
Fry on one side.
Turn patties over and put 1 slice of onion and 1 slice of bell pepper ring on top.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top of pepper rings.
Put 1 slice cheese on each.
Pour tomato sauce over patties.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice or pasta.
