Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, well beaten and fluffy
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
cinnamon
oleo
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in water.
Mix with pineapple and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into well-greased (with oleo) casserole.
Sprinkle with cinnamon; dot with oleo.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
