Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Combine
    flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add egg yolks, milk
    and
    butter.
    Mix
    well, then fold in beaten egg whites. Pour
    mixture in waffle iron.
    Makes approximately 12 waffles.
