Weight Watchers Turkey Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic.
    Add tomatoes and taco mix. Pour into 8-inch pan.
    Mix milk, egg and cornbread mix together. Pour over meat mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
