Chinese Hamburg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mixed Chinese vegetables, drained
soy sauce
parslied garlic salt
2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked rice
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Saute onions, celery and pepper.
Add hamburger meat and brown, draining off fat.
Add undiluted soup, vegetables, and if desired, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with soy sauce (2 tablespoons) and garlic salt.
Heat thoroughly and serve over rice, thinning with a little water or sherry, if necessary.
