Vegetable Salad(Marinated) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can white corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can French-cut beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can green English peas, drained
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients and heat to boil.
    Combine all ingredients; chill 2 hours.
    Will keep for up to 6 weeks.
