Irish Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. coconut
1 box powdered sugar
Hershey or Nestle bars

Preparation

Mix well.
Drop by spoon onto wax paper.
Place in refrigerator until set.
Melt chocolate bars and drop candy in to coat.
Return to wax paper and chill.
