Oven Fried Bass - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Cut fillets in serving pieces.
Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs.
Place in well-greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drizzle melted butter or margarine over fish and bake in an extremely hot oven (500\u00b0) for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serves 3 to 4.
