Shrimp Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    3 lb. unpeeled fresh shrimp
    1/4 tsp. grated lime rind
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 to 2 tsp. hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water.
    Chill.
    Peel and devein shrimp.
    Chill.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Chill. Combine shrimp and sauce; serve immediately.
