Pineapple Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. shortening
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Cream the butter and shortening.
    Gradually add the sifted confectioners sugar.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Blend in the crushed pineapple, salt, vanilla and grated lemon rind.
