Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. dates, chopped
    1 1/2 c. skim evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook water and dates until dates are soft and mushy.
    Blend with milk in blender.
    Blend in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0; cool oven to 350\u00b0 and cook an additional 45 minutes.
