Pam'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    3/4 c. diced onions
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together in a casserole dish and pour 1/2 cup of butter over all.
    Top with 2 cups of Ritz cracker crumbs or crushed corn flakes.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
