Ingredients

5 lb. ribs (moose or beef)
2 qt. sauerkraut
salt and pepper
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Put ribs in
roasting
pan
with
sauerkraut,
salt and pepper.
Bake in oven
at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Combine flour and baking powder with milk and eggs.
Drop spoonfuls of dough in sauerkraut.
Cover tightly and
bake
30
minutes;\tremove from kraut and use the kraut juice.
