One Skillet Pork Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
    2 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    boiling water
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt (optional)
    1 large apple
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar, granulated
    salt (optional)
    Tarragon Flour (under Miscellaneous section)
Preparation
    Prepare pork chops, trimming excess fat.
    Dredge chops in Tarragon Flour.
    Brown in oil on both sides using medium-high heat.
    Pare and slice potatoes thin.
    Slice onions thin.
    Add water to skillet with browned pork chops; stir well.
    Cover and cook on medium-high for 10 minutes.
    Add potato slices; cover. Add onion slices, ringed.
    Cover and cook, adding water to keep gravy.
    Add sliced apples and sugar when almost done.
    Total cooking time is approximately 40 minutes.
