Macaroni Salad For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked elbow macaroni
2 (6 oz.) cans ham
1 (9 3/4 oz.) can tuna, drained
Miracle Whip (1 c. to start)
dill relish to taste
1 onion, chopped
several carrots, diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. sweet basil
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. marjoram (oregano may be used, but use less)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except macaroni.
Add drained, cooled macaroni and mix.
Add more Miracle Whip if too dry.
This is best if made the day before eaten.
Spice amounts may vary according to your taste.
Flavor greatly enhances overnight.
