Cheese Cake Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 vanilla wafers
3/4 c. sugar
16 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Line a 24-muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Place one vanilla wafer in each one.
Blend sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla in bowl.
Spoon in each tin to about half full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Top each with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
