Polynesian Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. ground nuts
    1 jar (small) mashed baby food carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all the dry ingredients.
    Combine all the wet ingredients.
    Mix together, alternately adding dry and wet ingredients. Pour batter into large tube pan (10-inch).
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
    (Might need 5 or 10 minutes more.)
    Check with cake tester.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
