Mango Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or vegetable shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. raw mango, cut fine
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
Stir in dry ingredients, mango and lime juice.
Mix all together, add nuts.
Bake in loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Do not cut until next day for firmness.
