Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
4 to 6 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
hot cooked noodles or rice
Preparation

Combine beef, bacon and onion in skillet.
Cook over medium heat until meat is browned.
Drain off grease.
Add soup, salt and paprika to skillet; mix well.
Continue cooking 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream; heat but do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
