Cantaloupe Ice Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed cantaloupe
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint or 1 tsp. dried mint
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    You will need 12 plastic cups or popsicle molds (3 ounces each), and 12 popsicle sticks.
