Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and milk in saucepan.
    Bring to boil, then add soda. Cook
    until
    mixture
    turns brown.
    Remove from heat and add pecans
    and vanilla. Beat until creamy and glossy.
    Drop by spoonfuls
    onto
    wax
    paper.
    After it sets, cools and hardens, wrap
    individually
    in
    wax paper.
    Keep wrapped until ready to serve.
    May be kept in airtight container.
