Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. kraut, drained
    1 c. green peppers, diced
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. pimiento, chopped
Preparation
    Mix kraut, peppers, celery, onions and pimiento.
    Combine sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil.
    Cool.
    Mix all together and let stand covered overnight for best flavor.
