Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can chili
    1 can refried beans
    1 c. tomato juice
    Fritos
    Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, green pepper and onion.
    Drain.
    Add chili, beans and tomato juice.
    Mix well.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle Fritos over top and sprinkle shredded cheese over the Fritos.
    Cover and cook until cheese melts (about 10 minutes).
    Serve right from pot!!
