Four-Layer Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 (9 oz.) tub whipped topping
    3 c. milk
    2 pkg. instant pudding (butterscotch and chocolate)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut flour and margarine together like pie crust; stir in nuts.
    Press into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan; bake for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
