Shredded Beef Roast (Au Jus) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry Italian seasoning salad mix
    1 pkg. au jus gravy mix (McCormick)
    2 c. water
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour over roast.
    Cook in crock-pot for 24 hours on low heat.
    Great way to prepare for Sunday dinner in advance.
