Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together.
    Put vanilla wafer in foil cup and add mixture.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    May be topped with canned pie filling, then refrigerate.
